Photo

Hello everyone! :)
This photo is from last year. Now I'd need some vacations because I'm afraid I get a nervous breakdown in the near future... I haven't been here lately, I'm too busy at work, doing 7-days/week for a while now.. Colleagues are leaving, work is growing... Kisses to you all, Kathy |

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL
Daffodils by William Wordsworth I wandered lonely as a cloud That floats on high o'er vales and hills, When all at once I saw a crowd, A host, of golden daffodils; Beside the lake, beneath the trees, Fluttering and dancing in the breeze. Continuous as the stars that shine And twinkle on the milky way, They stretched in never-ending line Along the margin of a bay: Ten thousand saw I at a glance, Tossing their heads in sprightly dance. The waves beside them danced, but they Out-did the sparkling leaves in glee; A poet could not be but gay, In such a jocund company! I gazed—and gazed—but little thought What wealth the show to me had brought: For oft, when on my couch I lie In vacant or in pensive mood, They flash upon that inward eye Which is the bliss of solitude; And then my heart with pleasure fills, And dances with the daffodils. |

I didn't want to share this photo first.. it's not a really good one, taken from a moving car.. but I guess you can see it through my eyes... it's so pretty, the wineyards up there, and the oliveiras (olive trees) with the houses and the small bridge... I love this part of Portugal...
Some info: Peso da Régua commonly known as Régua, is a town and a municipality in Portugal with a total area of 94.9 km² and a total population of 17,987 inhabitants.
